"Software" means all software products by ERK-CAD Piping Design Ltd., including plugins and tools for AutoCAD or other host applications. "Host Application" means AutoCAD or any third-party software with which the Software interoperates. "You" or "User" means the individual or entity using the Software.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ERK-CAD Piping Design Ltd. By using the Software, you represent that you are of legal age and have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you act.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use the Software during the open beta period, for evaluation purposes only. This beta license expires on December 31, 2026, or earlier at our discretion, and may be terminated at any time without notice. The license is solely for use with the Host Application.

The Software is designed and tested for Plant 3D Local SQL projects and has not yet been validated for SQL Server-based Plant 3D projects. We do not guarantee compatibility with your environment. You are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility and for maintaining regular, independent backups of all project data.
We may provide updates at our discretion during the beta period. Support is best-effort and provided as described on our website. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support.
The Software is a beta / pre-release version provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. The Master Project remains the authoritative source of project information at all times. Any feedback you provide about the Software becomes our property and may be used to improve current or future products without compensation to you.
Beta access is provided at no cost. Registration for beta access is processed by Polar.sh, which may collect your name and email address to issue access. We do not collect payment information for this product. By registering, you also agree to Polar.sh's Buyer Terms and Conditions. We do not collect usage analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or any data from your drawings or projects.
The Software and all related code, designs, documentation, algorithms, and content are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of data loss. The Software is a tool to assist professional users and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment or for maintaining your own backups.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, ON AN EXPERIMENTAL BETA BASIS, AND MAY CONTAIN BUGS OR DEFECTS. BY USING IT, YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS, INCLUDING LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF PROJECT DATA, DRAWINGS, OR DATABASES. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Software in violation of these Terms or your failure to maintain adequate backups.
Beta access terminates automatically on December 31, 2026, and may be terminated earlier without notice. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The Software may be subject to Canadian and U.S. export control laws.
