"Software" means all software products by ERK-CAD Piping Design Ltd., including plugins and tools for AutoCAD or other host applications. "Host Application" means AutoCAD or any third-party software with which the Software interoperates. "You" or "User" means the individual or entity purchasing or using the Software.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ERK-CAD Piping Design Ltd. By using the Software, you represent that you are of legal age and have authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you act.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software per these Terms. One-time purchases grant a perpetual license (subject to termination for breach) for the number of seats purchased. For subscription-based licenses, the license is valid only for the active subscription period. Upon expiration or cancellation, your right to use the Software terminates immediately. The license is solely for use with the Host Application.

The Software is designed for specific AutoCAD versions. We do not guarantee compatibility with future Host Application versions. You are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility with your environment. You agree to maintain regular backups of all work products.
We may provide updates at our discretion. Technical support is provided as described on our website. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
Beta or pre-release versions are provided "as-is" without warranty and may be terminated at any time without notice. Any feedback you provide becomes our property.
These Terms apply specifically to pre-built software products available for direct purchase on this website. All checkouts and payments are conducted by Polar.sh. We do not store your payment information. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar.sh's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
Custom software development and other services are not processed through Polar or this checkout. Each engagement is scoped individually and confirmed with a written quote. Payment terms are agreed upon directly with the client.
Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered case-by-case at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided after 30 days from purchase.
ERK-CAD collects the minimum data necessary to validate your license (license key, machine ID, product identifier, activation timestamp). We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or any data from your drawings or projects. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Polar.sh — we never receive your payment details. License validation data is deleted upon license expiry or cancellation. We do not sell your data.
The Software and all related code, designs, documentation, algorithms, and content are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all Host Application versions. The Software is a tool to assist professional users and is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Software in violation of these Terms or your failure to maintain adequate backups.
We may terminate your license immediately without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all license rights cease and you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The Software may be subject to Canadian and U.S. export control laws.
